I mean can by technicality can Jarrett actually make Hogan leave if he fells like he is becoming a problem for TNA?I know Dixie is the real owner but she probably would have a hard time making a descent wrestling show with Jeff being involved in the beginning.
I got to hand it to Jeff at least he is more willing to lose the younger guys or put over someone unlike some guys with tenure in the Business.

He still owns the 25% he originally did when TNA started. Dixie Carter/Bob Carter has majority ownership still.
To answer your question, Jarret can’t make Hogan do anything. Dixie has majority ownership, but thats not the only reason.
Jarret owns 29%, but thats more of a pen and paper ownership as all the money for TNA to survive and make it to the big league is pumped in by Dixie.
Remember last year Dixie suspended Jarret because he was dating the then Karen Angle
The only person who can fire Hogan now is Dixie. Jarret doesn’t even have a say. But yes Hogan is an on-screen boss, though his inputs in the company are well received, at least now.
