** TNA iMPACT! SPOILER ALTER **

Scott Hall and Kevin Nash have won the TNA Tag Championship at the TNA Impact taping tonight. The tag team defeated Matt Morgan.

Morgan’s tag partner Samoa Joe turned heel on him and attacked him which gave Nash the opportunity to cash in his Feast or Fired briefcase with a guaranteed shot at the TNA Tag Championships.

This will air on Thursday, May 13th!

I am not keen on TNA putting the tag gold on Hall and Nash especially with their in-ring work rate being typically lower then some of the younger tag teams who could have better represented the the company’s values and vision for this division. It is especially important right now for the company to showcase the best of what they have to offer in each division in order to gain and win the interest of fans. I am simply not taken on Hall and Nash being that breath of fresh air for the tag division right now. We will see how this plays out but I hope the gold is not around their waist for too long.
