I have to disagree Orton isn’t that great on the mic..CM Punk , Chris Jericho, Are way better ah he technically then Orton and better on the mic..If you went by look then yeah he is..But to say best in the world in wrestling you have to look at overall skills…I would say he is top 5 ..But no #1
