Why do some people not play beer pong with fingering/blowing?

I love beer pong. I just don’t get what people have against fingering out the ball when it spins. I mean it adds an element of defense to the game, which gets harder to do the drunker you get, and it is a skill in itself. I can understand how some people are against blowing because of how simple it is, but if someone makes a shot and its spinning around in the cup I think it makes the game more competitive to allow the opposing players to finger it out.

    Because they are the ones who arent good at fingering nor are they good at hittin “nuttin but beer” so they hate on it.

    On the other hand some believe that the game is a simple one and it should stay at that. They want the game to play in its most pure and simplest form.
